INTRODUCTION

        This disable, helpless, rehabilitation & service center is national, non- political, non-religion, secular and independent non-government organization. This organization is established in 2006 with an aim to protect and promote the human right of poor, helpless and physically disable people.


MISSION

        Mission of this organisation is to help to uplift the life of physical handicapped, social unacceptable (HIV/AIDS people are thair children) and orphan) incapable incapable backward society people. To raise community awarness through advocacy campaign about the issues of these group working together with community towards better life for this peoples


HISTORY

        Although this organisation has been working since 1999 and registered only on 2006 district administration office and ministry Nepal goverment home ministry, women child social welfare ministry office has organisation is driven by the committee, executive director employee and volunteers since then if is working health, education income generating, advocacy program.


OBJECTIVES

• Providing basic requirement like clivical treatment, medicine support, surgical treatement and rehabilition for disabled, orphan, HIV/AIDS children and marginalized people.
• Helping and inspired physical, socially, mentally and economically backward society people to uplift their social condition with providing them vocation training, income generating and business knowledge advocacy program.
• Providing education assistance (enrolled in school program for people) to disabled family people children, disabled children, orphan and HIV/AIDS children.
• To raise awareness and and change attitude in society people through advocacy campaign toward deprived people (Disabled, Orphan, HIV Children)
• To keep co-ordination and build reltaionship with other CBO, NGO for the better life of disabled orphan, HIV/AIDS children and people.
• Providing hostel facility to disabled orphan and HIV/AIDS children also providing temporiary rehabilitation center for disabled, poor and other people who came for medical assistance.
• Working through implementing programme with community based.

VOLUNTEER SERVICE

        The DHERSEC Nepalhas conducting many social activiteson different fields such as advocacyon human rightsfor people with disabilites,orphan people with HIV/AIDS people and their childrenand marginlaized about gender equalityhealth education and skill education programme.The DHERSEC Nepal have a volunteer which was given by VSO,Nepal since 18 monthsfor good governance.VSO Nepal and DHERSEC both have a partnership agreement.The name of volunteer is Mr Salvador a celso(Buddy)from philliphiness.DHERSEC Nepal has invited people from abroad,who have a desireto sharehis skills to these people through regerding under the constitution of DHERSEC Nepal
